The Pairs field at Europeans is now down to 13 with the withdrawal of both pairs from GEO:


According to online sources, one of the GEO pairs, Anastasiia Metelkina / Daniil Parkman (below), have ended their partnership. You might remember that they placed 3rd in the GP in Finland. The other pair, Karina Safina / Luka Berulava, withdrew due to health problems for her.
