An interesting coaching change in Russia

This is where we discuss figure skating and skating related items. How did you favourite skaters perform, and so on? However we never speculate on the private lives of skaters, like who might be going out with whom, because that is poison and is not tolerated here. A good guideline is that if it's not publicly announced, in the papers etc. then it's probably best to leave it alone. Is it a gray area? Then write to me and ask.

Usually when we hear about someone leaving or going to Eteri Tutberidze for coaching it is a (very) young girl. This time it's a well-known mature pairs team!

Pairs duo Tarasova and Morozov add Eteri Tutberidze to coaching team ahead of Olympic season
The three-time world medallists will train in Moscow in the lead-up to Beijing 2022 amid a competitive scene for Olympic spots.

They were training in the USA with Marina Zueva and Maxim Trankov for a period of time but the pandemic meant that they had to train in Russia and I understand that it was difficult to find ice time without a local club affiliation. This should "fix" that situation.
