This coming weekend will see the final event leading to this season's Junior Grand Prix Final in Vancouver - it is also the first ISU competition to take place in Armenia.

The ladies event has now been completed and the top two finishers have qualified to the JGPF where there will be 5 Russian Junior Ladies and 1 South Korean Junior Lady. The first alternate is also Russian!
During the FS of Yuhana Yokoi of Japan there was some sort of "incident" with the music in the arena - there was an extended delay (about 8 minutes) before she could continue skating. Amazingly, she was able to hold it together after an excellent start and finished with the 2nd best free skate! With the results of this event, the USA has three Junior Men qualified for the JGPF. Joining them will be a Russian man, a Japanese man and a French man. Canada's Stephen Gogolev is the first alternate.
