Since he trains in Canada, Jason was supposed to be competing at the now cancelled Skate Canada International - he is not among the entries for Skate America. Two of the US ice dance teams who train in Montreal are scheduled to compete at Skate America - I fear that they may have difficulty returning to Canada afterward as the border closure is now extended to Nov. 21st for non-essential travel. I am wondering what they are doing regarding coaching while they are there.

There will be no live fans in the stands at Skate America but there will be images of fans/family members/pets, etc.
USFS provided an opportunity for people to purchase the right to have images in the seats as a fundraiser for the U.S. Figure Skating Memorial Fund - of course, there were premiums for the seats closest to the ice.

There are several cats, dogs and bears among the (cutout) fans at Skate America but their "voices" don't seem to be included in the piped-in crowd reactions after the skating performances.
Here's an article with some background on a few of them:

Congratulations on that bronze medal, Keegan!!
That hydroblade move was so low that he had snow in his hair - it reminded me of Barb's death spirals!
