I used the link above for Rink 4 live stream to watch the senior men SP last evening.

I've been watching the junior pairs SP this morning but it is running late and, since I have to go out, I will miss Lubov & Charlie's debut I'm hoping someone captures the video.

Edited to add that Lubov & Charlie have withdrawn from the senior pairs FS (this was speculated even before the event began).

Does this photo remind you of something (an ice dance team) in the past?

The bronze medal winners represent the Ilderton Skating Club and were part of the Skate Ontario team at the Quebec event.



Personally, I was reminded of one of the first times I saw Tessa & Scott - they were barely taller than the height of the boards and were doing a Spanish number at Minto Summer Skate

The short program is a work in progress but showed glimpses of how they may become. Do you know why they withdrew?

With respect to Lubov & Charlie not skating their FS, I understood that it was never their intent to do it at this competition. I'm not sure of the reasoning behind that or when we will see it.
