CDN pair skater to represent France

It has been announced that Chloe Panetta, who previously competed for Canada with Kieran Thrasher, will now be competing for France, paired with Flavien Giniaux.
They will be training in Caen with Bruno Massot and in Oakville with Bruno Marcotte.
