CDN ice dance team changes

According to an Instagram post from Mariposa Ice Dance, Summer Homick, age 16 (8th in Senior Pairs at 2024
Nationals with Marty Haubrich - they competed together for 3 seasons), has switched to ice dance & teamed up with 17-year-old Nicholas Buelow, coached by Mitchell Islam & choreographed by Kaitlyn Weaver.

I think, given the ISU age rules, that Summer and Nicholas will be able to compete in Junior at the international level for at least a year.

In an Instagram post, Emmy Bronsard has announced the end of her partnership with Jacob Richmond. She is now competing in solo ice dance, and will be competing at an event in Washington. She is also looking for a new ice dance partner.
They finished 7th in Senior Ice Dance at Canadians in January. A link to their ISU biography:

After 7 seasons together Dmitre and I have decided to end our partnership. We’re so thankful to all of our friends, family, team mates & fans from around the world for the immense amount of love and support we’ve received during our partnership. Over the past 7 years we’ve made so many memories as well as created and performed many programs and characters that we’re proud of.
A HUGE thank you to everyone who has being part of our team and journey, from our on ice & off-ice coaches, to our physio @at.alicesobiesiak , to @skatingmusicguy , to costume makers, @jackson.ultima for providing our skates & blades, to our family, and anyone else who has contributed towards our skating. We couldn’t of done it without you
Thank you for @skate_canada and @skateontario for the opportunities to travel and compete internationally under the Maple Leaf flag, this is something we’ve been so honoured to do
For all of the national & international events we’ve skated at, thank you to the amazing volunteers, who without you, the events would never of run. Thank you
As well as both of our parents, the coaches and skaters at ice dance elite have been our family and a huge part of our careers and lives. They will continue to be forever. We’re so proud to have a skated representing @scarboro.fsc and @ice.dance.elite.insta
