A new US pairs team

Alisa Efimova announced that she will team up with Misha Mitrofanov and compete for the United States. Efimova was 4th at 2023 Europeans with former partner Ruben Blommaert, competing for Germany. Mitrofanov was 2022 Four Continents champion with former partner Audrey Lu, competing for the US.
I believe that they will only be able to compete domestically in the 2023-24 season. They will be training in Boston with coaches Aleksey Letov & Olga Ganicheva.
