* From the report of the January 16th, 2023 ISU Council meeting:
The Council considered the requirements of ISU Communication No. 2469, reconfirmed by the 2022 ISU Congress, which includes, in particular but not limited to, provision 2.b) which states that ‘Until further notice no International Competitions shall be held in Russia and Belarus.’ and decided that no ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating event can take place in Russia during the 2023/24 Season.

In addition, the Council noted that the Fédération Française de Sports de Glace is no longer able to host the ISU Grand Prix Final 2023 in Orléans, France.

Interested ISU Members are therefore invited to contact Ms. Patricia Mayor (mayor@isu.ch) for further information and to submit applications by February 24, 2023 to host:

There have been a number of changes in the skaters assigned to the various GP events and they are probably not over. The Jr GP is finished, except for the final in December, and next week the GP for the senior skaters begins with Skate America in Allen, TX. There is now a thread for it.
