NBC main network will be available in Canada, of course, but the NBCSN will not be. I am not sure whether any of their digital content will be available outside their borders. The IOC allocated an additional quota place, after the registration deadline had expired, to the qualified figure skating pair (RYOM Tae-ok and KIM Ju-sik) from the NOC of the DPRK.

I believe that announcements must be made by a week from today. There has been a lot of preparatory work already done by the IOC, excluding more than 100 athletes from the 500 names submitted by the various Russian sport federations. The Olympic Games, says Dr. Bob McCormack, is where the viruses of the world come to meet.
The medical director for the Canadian Olympic Committee has been preaching that to Canada's team of 225 athletes as an outbreak of norovirus threatens to derail the Pyeongchang Olympics.
"They've trained eight to 12 years for this one moment in time when they can prove and perform, and of course it's a tragedy if they get derailed by injury or illness," McCormack said. "A lot of focus has been on injury coming into the Games, but an illness can derail you the same way."
