ISU 2020 Rostelecom Cup - happening Nov. 20-22 in Moscow

This is where we discuss figure skating and skating related items. How did you favourite skaters perform, and so on? However we never speculate on the private lives of skaters, like who might be going out with whom, because that is poison and is not tolerated here. A good guideline is that if it's not publicly announced, in the papers etc. then it's probably best to leave it alone. Is it a gray area? Then write to me and ask.

The next event in the 2020 version of the ISU GP series is coming up.

The current entries: Note - Evgenia Medvedeva, originally scheduled to compete, has now been replaced by Elizaveta Nugumanova. There were also changes in Ice Dance with both Stepanova & Bukin and Shevchenko & Eremenko being replaced.

There was a last minute withdrawal by Anna Shcherbakova, Russian national champion, due to illness.

The NBC broadcast this afternoon should make the results of the Rostelecom Cup clear, if you have not already checked them.

The image I will post in a separate post below is of the line-up for the Gala which took place earlier today and is available to watch on the ISU YouTube channel. It, of course, contains spoilers so don't go and look at the next post, if you don't want to know yet....
