It has now been announced that the ISU 4 Continents Championships (4CC) have been cancelled.
The press release notes that the 2023 4CCs have now been provisionally allotted to Sydney.

-2021 ISU Four Continents Figure Skating Championships, Sydney, Australia
-2021 ISU Four Continents Short Track Speed Skating Championships, Salt Lake City USA
-2021 ISU Four Continents Speed Skating Championships, Calgary Canada
