Several Canadian skaters are entered in the Senior Dance plus various Junior and Advanced Novice disciplines. I presume this is in an effort to acquire TES minimum scores, to show fitness after injury, or to determine participation at Junior Worlds.

Will you look at all those up and coming Canadian talents. What an experience they will have. Good luck to them all. Will there be some coverage to be glimpsed at all, Elizabeth?

I don't have any information on a live stream yet; I don't expect any TV coverage, of course.

I've been told that there will be a livestream here: https://vimeo.com/event/20903

I believe that Oberstdorf is 6 hours ahead of EST or 8 hours ahead of MST.

Competition began today - one of our CDN girls is in 2nd place after the SP in her Advanced Novice group; two of the other CDN girls are in first and 2nd place after the SP in the other Advanced Novice group. :P

Two CDN skaters placed 3rd & 4th in the Advanced Novice Boys SP: http://www.deu-event.de/results/BO2020/SEG021.HTM

It appears that the start orders for the FS are based on reverse order of placement from the SP.

Yes indeed, well done, especially for these young skaters probably participating in an international competition for the first time.

The future in Canadian Women's skating seems secure. It's nice to know.

Love both of Stephen's program. With his "new" height his artistic presentation comes so much more into play. I am so pleased Canada has this great group of junior and even novice skaters coming up, no worries for us fans.

Although there are still some medal opportunities before the competition ends, Skate Canada has put out an article on the "medal bonanza" to date: https://skatecanada.ca/2020/02/medal-bo ... rian-open/
