Spring Ahead

Just a reminder to change your clocks tonight to one hour ahead. I wish I lived in Saskatchewan at the moment, grr. I don't know about others but it takes me at least a couple of weeks to adjust. I have a strong internal time clock, temporal conditioning, and so that's hard for me to break. For example if I have to get up at a certain time, I will wake up about 5-10 minutes before the alarm every time so it takes reprogramming, lol.

Yes, it's always a pain, and I'd like to see a year without Daylight Saving's Time, just to see if it helps.

It would be great. I wish we could try it. I've been very tired today which is apparently quite typical.
