My Computer is dead.

MY home computer is not working at all, I have called for tech help an it may be some time. While the library is open, I'll try to get here each day. I don't know how long it will be. Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas, or whatever you're celebrating.

Still waiting fr my service guy. He's working 12 hour days now so I try not to put too much pressure on him. Very inconvenient to be isloated from the world like this.

A few scary moments when I was worried that somehow the latest version of my Linux Distro had become infected and might destroy another computer, but alternative explanation were found for suspicious behaviour and everything seems to be working well now. Back to life as normal.
